Founded in 2014 Take 2 Promotions provides a wide spectrum of services in the area of music and entertainment including consulting, management, worldwide booking, logistics and large scale production. We provide a full turn-key solution for all of our clients whether it be a large touring production, TV production, management, tour logistics or consulting for emerging artsits. We specialise in the very best of Irish culture.

Owner, Seán McCarthy has been involved in the professional music scene for more than 10 years and has continuously been associated with many successful acts and productions both on stage & behind the scenes. Recognised as one of Ireland’s most talented Uilleann Pipers from a young age, Seán toured the world with various productions and bands prior to moving into management & production. Since 2012 he has acted as the musical director and producer of the hit show Celtic Legends (www.celticlegends.co.uk). This has seen his work toured all over the world and led to collaborations with many prominent world music artists.

Take 2 Promotions has rapidly become one of Ireland’s foremost producers of Irish Music & Dance Productions as well as an excellent partner for existing Productions and Producers to work alongside. Apart from our productions we offer a full service management and booking agency to some of Celtic & Irish music’s rising stars. Our family of artists and productions can be seen at major festivals and venues worldwide.

We are highly experienced in negotiating and working with major record labels, corporate clients, festival organisers, large scale promoters & presenters, television production companies, management companies and booking agencies. Through our work we are constantly building relationships and creating a strong, worldwide, network of partners.
